Kick-IT!:  Combination of cardio kickboxing, yoga and Pilates-inspired movement for a fun-filled workout designed to burn loads of calories, sculpt & tone the booty, abs, thighs and arms.  Interspersed with high-intensity intervals.  Bare feet suggested.  Shoes optional. Wed 8:15am
Build Burn Reform:  Get all of your fitness activities in one workout!  Cardio, resistance training, core conditioning and flexibility.  Fitness-based circuit training using Pilates reformer, jumpboards, suspension equipment, BOSU's, dumbbells, rubberized resistance, BodyBar Flex and medicine balls.Tues7am&8:15am
BootyBFit: Keep your rear in gear!  Great workout for a summer-time ready lower body with a focus on functionality and mobility.  Not only do toned glute muscles give a nice rear view, they take you where you want to go.  Learn moves to develop balanced strength in the lumbo-pelvic region PLUS keep your booty sculpted for a lifetime of summers! Thurs 7am & 8:15am

PilateStrength: Combination of Pilates mat-work & reformer for a full body workout designed to tone the abs, thighs & glutes AND improve flexibility.  Includes a cardio component with jumpboards.  Tues & Thurs 9:30am, Wed 7am
Reformer ONLY:  Pilates for groups of 5.  No Drop-Ins!  Pre-registration is a MUST! Mon & Wed 3pm & 4pm
