July - August During the summer months, we slow down.  Our training days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

GROUP TRAINING

During the summer months, we slow down and enjoy a less hectic pace.  Our training schedule is limited to Tuesdays - Thursdays.  Large Groups are limited to 15.  A minimum of 5 pre-registered participants is required to avoid cancellation.
