LARGE GROUP DESCRIPTIONS

Jump & Pump: Full body workout designed to tone abs, thighs and glutes.  Reformers, suspension, dumbbells and body weight. Wed 8:15am

Body Reset Cardio:  Cardio and muscle endurance workout designed to keep the body in the fat-burning zone.  Planks, squats, lunges, abs and shoulders with a focus on functional movement patterns to improve neuromuscular response and reaction.  Skills and drills to challenge and improve coordination.  Wed 7am and Thurs 8:15am
Reformer Combo: Combination Pilates reformer, mat work and suspension equipment for a full body workout to improve posture, muscular endurance, tone and flexibility.  Focus on the core musculature, arms and legs.  Mon & Wed 4pm, Tues & Thurs 9:30am

Reformer ONLY:  Private Pilates with Reformer equipment for groups of 2-6.  No Drop-Ins!  Preregistration is a MUST! Beginner/Intermediate Levels = All levels.  Intermediate Level = Must have accomplished Beginner Level. Advanced Level = Must have accomplished Intermediate Level. Various Days & Times

*Reformer groups are reservation only, limited to 6. 
*Reformer Reservation Fee:  $150 minimum for two days per week reservation in a 4-week session. Additional fees will be added for 7 or more Reformer workouts during 4-week period.  One day per week registration is $100 minimum 4-week session.  Additional fees will be added for 5 or more Reformer workouts during 4-week period.  Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice will result in full fee charge unless vacancy is filled.


LARGE GROUP 4-WEEK FEES (A minimum of 5 preregistered for Large Groups to avoid cancellation)

1xweek = $100 (4 workouts) 

2xweek = $200 (8 workouts)

3xweek = $250 (12 workouts)

4xweek = $300 (16 workouts)

5xweek = $350 (20 workouts)

6xweek = $400 (24 workouts)

SMALL GROUPS AND PRIVATE TRAINING

Choose from Pilates Reformer, Fitness, Yoga, Self-Myofascial Release, Nutrition Advice, Lifestyle Coaching.  Contact Dolly for available days and times.


Duets:  Private training for a pair of individuals.   $100/session ($50 per person) or 10 sessions for $750 ($375 per person).

One-On-One:  Private training for individuals.  $85/session or 10 sessions for $750 ($75/session)
