June 5 - 29 2017 During the summer months, we slow down.  Our training days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

OUTDOOR WORKOUT

On Wednesdays, we'll meet at Volanta Skate Park for an outdoor cardio and core conditioning workout.  Wear shoes or KangooJumps.  Bring a towel, water.  Wear sunscreen, cap and sunglasses.  A  minimum of 5 pre-registered participants is required to avoid cancellation.

GROUP TRAINING

During the summer months, we slow down and enjoy a less hectic pace.  Our training schedule is limited to Tuesdays - Thursdays.  Large Groups are limited to 15.  A minimum of 5 pre-registered participants is required to avoid cancellation.

Mondays 5:30-7:00pm  $30 per clinic.

June 12th - What's Your Posture Type?  Learn the how and why your body moves the way it does.  Posture screening with a flexibility program to enhance your posture.

June 19th - Love Your Body:  Learn why you look the way you look, move the way you

move and struggle with "trouble zones".  We'll take an in-depth look at different body types and how they operate.

June 26th - F.U.E.L. Functional Understanding of Eating for Life - Gain a practical understanding of how to obtain and maintain healthy weight and body fat levels.  Body composition assessment.
