YoPiA Workout:  Combination Yoga, Pilates and Athleticism for a fun, movement based, full-body workout.  Burn calories!  Build strength and stamina!  Improve flexibility!  Develop mind/body connection! Tues: 8:15a
TripleThreat:  Tummies Tushies & Thighs with HIIT.  Target the three trouble-spots and burn loads of calories with high intensity intervals.  Great way to get your body ready for summer!  Thurs: 5:45am & Wed:  7am 
HardCore Indoor-Outdoor: Cardio and core conditioning.  We'll start inside and then head outdoors.  KangooJumps are optional.  Wed 8:15am

CardioCore: Combination cardio & core.  Functional training using resistance equipment to tone muscles and improve muscle endurance. Mon: 7am & 8:15am, Tues 5:45am
YogAlign – Rejuvenation: Designed to improve posture and improve the health of muscles and fascia.  Poses will be geared toward improving muscle flexibility and joint range of motion.  Self-myofascial release will be included in each session. Th 8:15am
Reformer ONLY:  Pilates for groups of 5.  No Drop-Ins!  Pre-registration is a MUST! Mon & Wed 5:45am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 12:15pm Tues & Thurs 7am, 9:30am, 10:30am
