KickIT! YoPiA Workout:  Combination yoga, Pilates and kickboxing for a fun, movement based, full-body workout.  Burn calories!  Build strength and stamina!  Improve flexibility!  Develop mind/body connection! Tues: 8:15a
Build Burn Cycle Reform:  Get all of your fitness activities in ONE workout!  Cardio, Resistance Training, Core Conditioning and Flexibility.  Circuit training using Reformer jumpboards, Indoor Cycles, suspension, BOSU’s and balance equipment, dumbbells, rubberized resistance, BodyBar Flex and medicine balls. Mon: 7am & 8:15am 
HardCore Indoor-Outdoor: Cardio and core conditioning.  We'll start inside and then head outdoors.  KangooJumps are optional.

TripleThreat with HIIT:  High Intensity Intervals with Tummies, Tushies and Thigh work! Tues 5:45am Wed 7am&8:15am
CardioCore: Combination cardio & core.  Functional training using resistance equipment to tone muscles and improve muscle endurance. Thurs 5:45am
YogAlign – Rejuvenation: Designed to improve posture and improve the health of muscles and fascia.  Poses will be geared toward improving muscle flexibility and joint range of motion.  Self-myofascial release will be included in each session. Th 8:15am
Reformer ONLY:  Pilates for groups of 5.  No Drop-Ins!  Pre-registration is a MUST! Mon & Wed 5:45am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 12:15pm Tues & Thurs 7am, 9:30am, 10:30am
