All BFitGirl Classes are designed to develop strong muscles, improve cardio fitness, and enhance flexibility.  In every class, you'll get tips on how exercise and healthy lifestyle choices can help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight for life.

We also offer Group Training which is a great alternative to private personal training.

Drop-In:  $20

1 session/week = $55/4 weeks 
2 sessions/week = $100/4 weeks 
3 sessions/week = $130/4 weeks 
4 sessions/week = $155/4 weeks 
5 sessions/week = $180/4 weeks
6 sessions/week = $205/4 weeks
7 sessions/week = $230/4 weeks
8 sessions/week = $255/4 weeks

YoPiA: Yoga, Pilates, Athleticism all tied into one.  Bring out your inner zen-athlete.

Kick-It!: Kickboxing, Pilates and Yoga.  Cardio, Agility, Strength, Flexibility
